  • RIP Jerry Lewis (1926-2017)

Lucille Ball and Jerry Lewis never acted on film or television together, but they did sometimes appear on the same TV specials or award shows.  Lucy often appeared with Lewis’s former comedy partner Dean Martin, whose son was in a band with Lucy’s son, Desi Jr.  In the above photo, Lewis and Ball share cake at the fourth anniversary of the Sands Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas in 1956.
