RIP Peter Fonda

1940-2019

Lucille Ball and Henry Fonda, Peter’s father, were more than just frequent co-stars. When Lucille first got to Hollywood, the two actually briefly dated.

Lucille Ball was the Ringmaster for CIRCUS OF THE STARS II (1977) in which Fonda did a motorcycle daredevil act, a nod to his Oscar-nominated film Easy Rider (1969).

Peter Fonda and Lucille Ball were both on the dais when the AFI (American Film Institute) honored his father Henry in March 1978.

on January 27, 1978 when Lucille Ball received the Cecil B. DeMille Award at the 36th Annual Golden Globes.
